​"Why would I work with a woman on masculinity?"
Because you don't need another man to teach you strategy and performance- you already know how to do that. You need someone who can feel when you're present versus when you're performing. Someone who understands what it's like on the receiving end of your patterns.
I'm not teaching you how to be a man, I'm helping you embody the man you actually are.
I understand both masculine and feminine energies. I know what conscious women actually want (and it's not performance), and I can guide you to the integration that most men spend their whole lives avoiding.
"Will this make me soft?"
No. This work makes you MORE grounded in your masculine core, not less. You're not transcending your masculinity, you're finally inhabiting it.
The soft spiritual guy thing happens when men abandon their masculine edge in pursuit of being evolved-that's not what we're doing. You keep/develop your edge. You just learn to lead from presence instead of performance.

"How is this different from therapy?"
Therapy is often about understanding your past and processing trauma.
This work is about embodying a new way of being in the present. We don't spend 12 weeks talking about your childhood. We use acting-based practices, somatic work, and direct challenge to shift how you show up NOW.
Therapy gives you insight, this work gives you transformation.
(that said, if you're dealing with active trauma or mental health issues, therapy first. This is for men who are fundamentally functional but stuck in patterns)

"What if I'm not sure I'm ready?"
Then you're probably not.
This work requires:

Energy (uncomfortable practices, facing yourself)

Commitment (even when it gets hard)
If you're not sure, wait until you are.
The men who get results from this are the ones who are DONE- done with the pattern, done with wasting time, done with being half alive in relationships.

"Do you work in person?"
Currently, all sessions are via Zoom (I'm based in Berlin but work with men internationally).
In person options in Berlin may be available in the future.

"What's the time commitment?"
12 weekly sessions (60 minutes each)
Between session practices (15-30 minutes most days)
Telegram/WhatsApp support (as needed)
Total: approximately 2-3 hours per week for 3 months
If you don't have this time, this isn't for you right now.

"Can I do one session and see if it works?"
No. This is a 3 month commitment. Transformation doesn't happen in one session.
The first few weeks are often the hardest: you're facing patterns you've avoided for years. If you bail when it gets uncomfortable, nothing changes.
This is for men who are all in.

"What if I'm already in a new relationship?"
That's fine- actually, it can be ideal.
If you're seeing the old pattern emerge with someone you care about, this is the perfect time to interrupt it, and you have your mirror in real time in front of you (your woman).
