2. Description of Service
The provider offers digital online courses and programs consisting of video content and supplementary materials. Upon purchase, all content included in the selected course or program becomes immediately and fully accessible. Unless otherwise stated, access is granted for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The provider reserves the right to discontinue access to the content after this period, with at least 30 days' prior notice to the customer.
3. Price and Payment
The applicable price is displayed on the respective course or program page at the time of purchase (including VAT where applicable). Payment is processed through the payment provider Stripe. Upon successful payment, the customer receives immediate access to the purchased content.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Waiver
As this is a contract for the provision of digital content that is made available immediately upon purchase, the following applies:
In accordance with § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires when the provider has begun to deliver the digital content, provided that the consumer has given express consent to the provider beginning delivery before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the consumer has confirmed awareness that their right of withdrawal expires upon the beginning of delivery.
This consent is obtained prior to purchase through an active confirmation (checkbox).
5. No Refund After Activation
Once the purchased content has been made available, refunds are excluded, as the customer expressly consented to the immediate delivery of the service and the associated expiry of the right of withdrawal prior to purchase.
6. Usage Rights
The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the purchased content for personal purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, publication, or commercial use of the content is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
All content is intended for personal development and education. It does not replace medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment. Participation is at the customer's own responsibility. Content may include frank discussions of sexuality, anatomy, and intimacy and is intended for adults.
8. Data Protection
Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy on this website. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
9. Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The provider is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
